SO, HOW DOES THIS WORK?

1) Sign Up!

It’s the only way to gain access to Jon’s unique daily offerings of wine and food. Read one of our offers.

2) Place your order.

Ordering couldn’t be easier! Reply directly to the offer email with the number of bottles you would like, i.e. 6 bottles of the Syrah, please. Melisa will respond within 24hours, unless otherwise stated in the offer, with an invoice confirming your allocation or a note with the news the order was sold out. Do not despair if this happens! Garagiste discoveries are limited in production and Jon is constantly on the hunt for the next big thing.

3) Check the status of your orders and update billing/shipping

Your account is your home base for all of your Garagiste information. Use this link to log in, view your orders, update, and edit your personal information. Please email support@garagistewine.com with any questions.

4) Pick up your orders in Seattle (skip to #5 if you are out of state)

Your orders have arrived!* They are housed in our temperature controlled warehouse. It’s 56 F with 70% humidity year round; great for your wine, a bit chilly for the rest of us!  Live locally? Come by the warehouse to collect your orders: Tuesday-Friday 11-6 and Saturday 10-2. We ask for 24 hours’ notice to pack everything. This link will take you directly to our appointment page. Email pickup@garagistewine.com with questions.

5) Receive your orders during the spring and fall shipping seasons

Live too far away to stop by to pick up? Not a problem. We will ship to you twice a year in temperate weather to ensure the health of your wine. Be sure to check out our shipping map to see where we ship. If your state is not a ship-to state, please contact us to discuss your options. Orders will be automatically shipped during the shipping seasons as you accrue a full case. This is the most cost effective means of shipping wine, a heavy and delicate product to transport. Contact us directly to ship less than 12 bottles. Large format bottles ship in their own boxes and ship at the end of each season regardless of quantity purchased. IMPORTANT: Shipping costs are billed at the time your cases are packed not at time of departure - this insures that you receive the lowest cost on shipping. If your parcels end up costing more than what you are billed (due to fuel surcharges, signature requirements, taxes, etc) Garagiste will absorb the increased cost (this often happens!). We do not make money on shipping. The charges are billed to you at our cost, and we have negotiated some of the lowest rates available. Tracking information is forwarded via email directly from the shipper (FedEx/UPS) when they take possession of the cases. Please email support@garagistewine.com with any questions.

* Keep in mind that items we sell are not in stock when offered. Please note the anticipated arrival status of each wine detailed at the end of each email offer. By purchasing wine from us you acknowledge that pre-arrival schedules are not guaranteed and are in constant state of flux. The good news is that we work harder that anyone to ensure your wine is shipped to you at the earliest date possible with the finest provenance. Garagiste is not liable for late arrivals, missed birthdays, special occasions, or shipping windows.
