Cancellations & Returns
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Cancellations and returns cost us money and ultimately increase the price of the wines by an exponential amount. In order to keep our costs as low as possible and pass the savings on to you, we adhere to the following policies:
Within 48 hours of email invoice receipt: You may cancel your order without penalty. Please send an email to email@example.com
3-14 days after email invoice receipt: any invoiced order cancelled will incur a 50% restocking/cancellation fee. This includes pre-arrival orders.
After 14 days of receipt of email invoice (not the actual wine): we no longer accept cancellations.
If the wine is flawed/corked, then please let us know within 60 days of the wine's receipt. We will resolve the issue with your best interest in mind. Keep in mind, flawed wine does not mean, “I don’t like it.”
While we do everything in our power to ensure your wine is of the finest stock available in the world, we cannot in any way guarantee wine older than 10 years of age.
